Established by Karl J Sands and backed by an experienced team, the business combines practical site knowledge with a clear, dependable approach that clients can trust.
Our name comes from the salt mining community surrounding our Northern office.
That heritage matters to us. It reflects the grit, loyalty and work ethic that shape how we operate today.
We believe in doing the job properly, communicating clearly and delivering work to the highest standard, whether we are carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, full refurbishment or specialist installation works.
