Salt Town Contractors Ltd are a privately owned family-run business with a nationwide service offering specialist solutions for roofing, flat roofing, cladding, and rainscreen.

Established by Karl J Sands MIoR, Salt Town Contractors is supported by a team of industry professionals boasting an abundance of experience across a range of major UK projects collectively. The team offer a host of talent, using their expert knowledge to create bespoke solutions for a variety of commercial clients.

Inspired by the common ‘grit’, determination and loyalty that is associated with a mining community in the local area, Salt Town Contractors have set values where we strive for success on every project, whilst remaining loyal to the customer and their needs and always ensuring the project is delivered to the very highest of standards.
